The artists of the Semianyki Collective are pupils of the great Slava Polunin, who founded of one of the world’s foremost schools for clowns. They have made a name for themselves by combining traditional Russian clowning, Commedia dell’Arte and French mime. Lodka (boat) plunges us into the day-to-day life of a small theatre company attempting to deal with a manic script and director.<\/p>\n
