Yiddish language, music and culture – an elusive blend of Eastern European Hebrew traditions and dialects \u2013 are at the heart of this cult production that Moni Ovadia has been performing with his orchestra since 1993. Its cabaret-like format alternates klezmer music, traditional songs, stories, anecdotes and quotations. Through its original humour, it provides the audience with an\u00a0 endearing yet sublime response to the brutality of the world. Maurizio Deho’ (violin), Giovanna Famulari (cello), Paolo Rocca (clarinet), Albert Mihai (accordion), Marian Serban (cymbalon) join the Moni Ovadia Stage orchestra on stage.<\/p>\n
