David Copperfield Sketch Comedy is a satirical\/grotesque reinterpretation of Dickens’ masterpiece. The events of the celebrated novel, published between 1849 and 1850, are combined in a fantastic theatrical saraband, giving life to something resembling a fast-paced and relentless “merry-go-round”. The universal topics that immortalised this story of redemption emerge from the twists and turns of this 19th-century narrative. In Marco Isidori’s view, these topics can be truly reflected only through the mirror of the theatre. Showcasing sets by Daniela Dal Cin, Marco Isidori shares the stage with Paolo Oricco, Maria Luisa Abate, Valentina Battistone, Ottavia Della Porta, Alessio Arbustini, and Vincenzo Quarta.<\/p>\n
