The new piece by\u00a0Antonio Rezza\u00a0and\u00a0Flavia Mastrella, Leone d’oro award winners at the Venice Biennale in 2018, comes to the Carignano in all its disruptive and innovative power. Their wild and playful stage writing focuses on a door that opens and closes dozens of times during the performance. It becomes the caesura between a setting and the antechamber to another world, a filter between an abstract Inside and an indefinable Outside, between being, being somewhere, and potentially being. This theatrical and linguistic pastiche has been meticulously designed and fine-tuned to seem both disorienting and exhilarating<\/p>\n
