Under the direction of Alessandro Gassmann and featuring Giorgio Pasotti on stage, two of Franz Kafka\u2019s short stories\u2014A Report to an Academy<\/em> and The Burrow<\/em>\u2014come to life to explore universal themes related to humankind and its nature. This narrative diptych, centering on \u201canimalistic\u201d or \u201cinhuman\u201d events, exposes the superficiality of stereotypes and oversimplifications that we so often risk stumbling into. The commonplaces that emerge reveal our instinctive need for a safe haven, able to shield us from the complexities of life. Not merely a recounting of tales seemingly distant from our daily reality, but a powerful metaphor for our deepest fears. Kafka\u2019s words, with their enigmatic and unparalleled ability to probe the anxieties of the human soul, become a tool for facing what frightens us.<\/p>\n
