The play tells a love story that spans Europe from Sarajevo to Istanbul and challenges our certainties. It asks what Europe is founded on if not on shared fates, blood, and loves born from the ashes of destroyed buildings and the shrapnel of bombs that devastated age-old architecture. Europe is the product of these narratives; we are the result of processes that intertwine with our individual stories.
