Licia Lanera is the first, since the death of Pier Vittorio Tondelli, to obtain the rights to bring Other Libertines (Altri libertini) to the stage. An explosive text, seized for obscenity just twenty days after its publication in 1980, it tells the story of a generation of lost youth. Lanera focuses on three stories—Viaggio, Altri libertini, and Autobahn—weaving them together into a single narrative flow shared by four bodies and four voices. On stage, she gives voice to the rage and desire that marked the 1980s, resonating powerfully even today. Appearing with Lanera are Giandomenico Cupaiuolo, Danilo Giuva, and Roberto Magnani.
