Can I enter in the theater after the show has started?
No. Entry is not permitted once the performance has begun, except where otherwise indicated by the performing company.
Can I change the date of the show?
Yes, but only under the following conditions:
You must wait for the first day of programming of the chosen show.
You must go to the box office before the date indicated on your ticket, which must be shown at the counter.
New seats will be assigned in the same section, subject to availability.
It is not possible to change to a different show. In the event of a date change, ticket loss or damage, a reprint fee of €3 will be charged on the evening of the performance or €5 during the week of the show.
Can I change to a different show?
No. Once selected, a performance cannot be exchanged for a different title. Reprint fees apply in the case of date changes, lost or damaged tickets: €3 on the performance night, €5 during the week of the show.

What time does the box office open on performance nights?
The box office opens one hour before the show.
Can I purchase tickets for future events on show nights?
No. On the night of a performance, the box office only sells tickets for that evening’s show.
Is the box office open during intermission?
No. The box office is open before the show and remains open until the performance begins.

Yes. Payments are accepted by debit card, credit card, and Satispay.
