Vincenzo Malinconico, the “unsuccessful” lawyer created by writer Diego De Silva, comes to the stage of the Carignano Theatre — portrayed here, as on the small screen, by Massimiliano Gallo. A show that is both ironic and profound, where the character opens up about professional failures, awkward love affairs, and everyday neuroses. Three acts — work, relationships, and family — mirror his messy life and reveal that laughing at it might just be the best way to understand ourselves. Theatre and literature merge and speak to us. On stage with Gallo are Biagio Musella and original music by Joe Barbieri.
