Briciola, Luna, and Wanda—a female dog, cat, and goldfish—find themselves suddenly alone, abandoned in their home by an owner who, having gone out as he does every night to a place they don’t know, this time seems not to be coming back. They are animals, yet at the same time, they’re like people without skin, raw flesh exposed to the world. Diego Pleuteri and Leonardo Lidi, the two youngest talents in the artistic core of the Teatro Stabile di Torino, reunite after their collaboration on Like in the Best of Days with this new text—a metaphor for the many forms of domination imposed by a falsely empathetic society. Starring Marta Malvestiti and cast to be announced.
