Bosnian playwright Tanja Šljivar’s inspiration for this 2017 play was a news item about seven 13-year-olds who all became pregnant during their last school trip. Paola Rota’s staging, based on monologues and choral pieces, provides each character with an ambivalent narrative space. Seemingly, the girls want to tell us everything except how it all happened. Their challenge to the rules of society is an attempt to rescript concepts related to family and patriarchy. Cast members include Silvia Gallerano, Liliana Massari, Irene Petris, Simonetta Solder, Sofia Celentani, Sara Mafodda, Martina Massaro and Sylvia Milton.
