When The Dead Kill The Living

Set against graphic animations by cartoonist Andrea Bruno, Claudio Casadio breathes life into an unforgettable character: Oreste, a mental asylum patient in Imola. After being abandoned as a child, tossed between orphanages, reformatories, wrong choices and denied love, he has winded up in the Imola asylum. He has always been unlucky, yet he is always cheerful: he sings, draws, never sleeps and never stops talking, mainly to his roommate Ermes, a schizophrenic who thinks he is a foreign air force officer. Ermes, however, doesn’t exist.
