A house, two siblings, fifteen years of distance to bridge. Following their mother’s death, Wanda seeks out her brother Martino to deal with the house they have inherited. Amid rooms to clear and memories to revisit, their reunion becomes an opportunity to come to terms with the past and imagine a new kind of relationship. ENERGIE NOVE
Following a successful first edition, Energie Nove returns to Fonderie Limone Moncalieri. Dedicated to young graduates of the Teatro Stabile di Torino’s acting school and emerging talents on the contemporary scene, the programme takes its name from Piero Gobetti’s magazine, reflecting its commitment to cultural and artistic renewal and its belief in art as a means of civic growth. The project is an integral part of the Teatro Stabile’s work as a centre for training and supporting new generations of artists, nurturing young talent by providing spaces for production and opportunities to gain visibility. Bringing together different artistic languages and new writing, the programme places experimentation and diversity at its heart. Each evening, two productions share the stage, showcasing a theatrical landscape in constant transformation.
